Kelly Dindial, MS, RD, LD — Registered Dietitian at The Harvest Method

Kelly Dindial

MS, RD, LD

A registered dietitian who blends rare clinical breadth with warm, whole-person care — helping clients rebuild food freedom and body trust.

Kelly is a registered dietitian whose path to nutrition has been shaped by both science and a deep belief that food is one of the most powerful tools we have for feeling like ourselves again.

Kelly brings a rare clinical breadth to her work — from complex gastrointestinal conditions and metabolic health to diabetes care, medical nutrition therapy, and the deeply personal work of rebuilding food freedom and body trust.

Across all of it, one truth has remained constant: lasting change only happens when the whole person is seen and supported. Kelly doesn’t treat diagnoses in isolation. She takes time to understand the emotional, relational, and physiological layers that shape how her clients eat, how they feel in their bodies, and what they’ve been told about both.

Kelly offers evidence-based, individualized care. She believes that your relationship with food should empower you, not diminish your enjoyment of it. She works with clients to find that balance in a way that fits their real lives. Above all, Kelly shows up as a partner — she brings clinical expertise without rigidity, and warmth without losing precision.

Outside of her work, you’ll find Kelly knitting, reading, or running (slowly!). She loves spending time with her husband and their ever-growing circle of friends — the kind of community that reminds her regularly that nourishment has always been about so much more than what’s on the plate.

Marissa Shahani

MS, RD, PhD

Marissa supports women's health with a holistic nutrition approach focused on hormone balance, fertility, postpartum wellness, and realistic family-centered behavior change.

Marissa is a registered dietitian passionate about approaching women's health, whole-body wellness, and sustainable behavioral change from a holistic standpoint.

After her personal experience as an athlete and work with professional, Olympic, and major league female athletes, Marissa became very aware of the discrepancy between standard care in many healthcare settings and the many intricacies of female physiology and health.

She is passionate about helping women take control of their health using holistic nutrition to support hormone balance, work through difficult behaviors, and better understand their bodies by identifying unique needs and goals.

As a mom herself, Marissa is especially passionate about fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum or breastfeeding nutrition, as well as navigating the unique challenges that come with feeding an entire family.

She loves raising adventurous eaters, even when children do not always share our food preferences, and believes these life stages are unique opportunities where nourishment has far-reaching impact.

Marissa prioritizes changes and goals that are realistic and sustainable for your life. Every body has unique needs, and every individual lives a different life that requires a personalized approach.

She wants you to feel as confident as possible in your food choices and lifestyle modifications, and she empathizes deeply with each client's lived experience.

Nicole is a registered dietitian passionate about guiding clients toward sustainable, whole-body wellness, whether that means healing their relationship with food, addressing complex gut health concerns such as IBS, GERD, or dysbiosis, or navigating autoimmune conditions with clarity and support.

Having personally healed her own body and relationship with food, Nicole brings a deep level of compassion, empathy, and understanding to every session.
