Anna is passionate about helping people build a more peaceful and trusting relationship with food, their bodies, and their health. Her clinical background is rooted in eating disorder treatment, where she supported individuals in recovery and developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of eating behaviors and the importance of compassionate, individualized care.
While her clinical experience is in eating disorders, Anna is also passionate about digestive health and functional nutrition. She enjoys helping clients better understand the connection between nutrition, digestion, energy, mood, and overall well-being, and believes that feeling your best starts with a foundation of consistent nourishment and self-trust.
Anna takes a weight-neutral, non-diet approach and works collaboratively with clients to create sustainable habits that feel realistic, nourishing, and enjoyable. As a bilingual dietitian with Eastern European roots, she values culturally inclusive care and recognizes the important role that food, family, and tradition play in overall health.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys Latin dancing, yoga, traveling, exploring new cultures through food, and spending time with family and friends.
