Jordan is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies while honoring personal needs, preferences, and lived experience.
Through her work in eating disorder treatment settings, Jordan witnessed firsthand the complexity of individual relationships with food and the many factors that influence them, including emotional and physical health, interpersonal relationships, self-concept, environment, and life stressors. This experience shaped her belief that sustainable healing requires a holistic, client-centered approach rather than rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all plans.
Jordan is deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences without judgment. She believes that meaningful change happens when individuals feel seen, respected, and empowered to move at a pace that feels both challenging and supportive.
As an avid learner, Jordan continues to expand her skill set through ongoing education in functional medicine, further strengthening her ability to address root causes while honoring the full context of each client’s life. Her work prioritizes both emotional and physical wellness, helping clients cultivate a balanced, joyful relationship with food—free from dieting culture and societal pressure.
Outside of her professional work, Jordan enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, attending barre and Pilates classes, and spending quality time with friends and family, activities that reinforce her belief in nourishment as a lived, embodied experience.
Jordan looks forward to walking alongside clients on their journey toward healing, balance, and self-trust.
