A Dietitian for After Eating Disorder Treatment

Virtual eating disorder nutrition care

A woman sits quietly on the edge of her bed, holding a glass of water and looking toward a bright window

You did the hard thing. You went to treatment.

Now you’re home, and the structure is gone. No one is plating your meals. No one is sitting with you after. That’s the part no one really prepares you for. We work with people right here, in the step down from residential, PHP or IOP.

Who This Is For

If one of these is you, you’re in the right place.

The Gap Between Knowing and Doing

Most people leave treatment knowing exactly what they are supposed to eat. Knowing isn’t the hard part. Doing it, on a Tuesday, when you’re tired and no one is watching, is the hard part.

That voice is not a fact. It’s a pattern. And patterns are where we do our best work.

“I’ll just skip lunch today, I’ll make it up later.”

“I’m fine. I don’t need the snack.”

“I already messed up, so what’s the point.”

What to Expect

Book an intro call. We check your insurance before we talk and match you with a dietitian who fits.

Your dietitian builds a plan around the life you live now, not the one you had in treatment.

Steady video sessions and check-ins, coordinated with your therapist, psychiatrist and doctor.

How We Work

Every dietitian on our team works with eating disorder recovery and is trained in DBT skills. Sessions happen by video, so you keep the same person whether you’re home, at school or traveling.

How We Work

The Relationship Is the Method

Recovery doesn’t happen in one great session. It happens in the hundredth small choice, made with someone in your corner who knows your patterns and doesn’t flinch. Trust first. Then skills. Then a life where food takes up less room.
