Martha Beck is both passionate and funny.  This book touches a special place in our hearts.  It softens the deep desire to find and live purposefully.  Beck's storytelling leads you into a world of "wayfinding" where you learn to you use intuition, trust yourself, love your life and give the gifts you've so diligently given your time and effort to cultivating.  This book opens the reader up to a new world that is truly where you belong, whoever and whatever you choose to be.  There are others out there like you (and us).  Beck has the answers on where and how to find them.

This little blend of lavender, cedarwood and clary sage with alcohol-free toner makes a hair strengthener that's both amazing to smell and powerful as an additional protector for your tresses.

Cedarwood stimulates the scalp's circulation, which promotes healthy hair growth and prevents breakage and hair loss.  Clary sage helps stimulate healthy, balanced oil production which is necessary to keep those long, flowing ends vibrant and strong.  Lavender helps cleanse the scalp without stripping those needed oils like shampoos do.

Instead of washing and stripping your hair every day, minimize the shampooing  to 1 or 2 times each week.  Wear a shower cap to bathe the other day.  Every AM and PM, shake this blend and spray it into your scalp.  3 or 4 sprays to cover the whole head will do.  Let it set for 1 minute and then brush from root to end, gently distributing the blend throughout the hair.  If your hair is mermaid long, spray a bit more on the ends to make sure they get some oil and tone too.

  1. Drip oils into glass spray bottle.
  2. Fill remaining space with witch hazel.
  3. Screw on lid and shake vigorously before each use.

We only recommend therapeutic grade essential oils because we believe that if it's going on your skin, it should also be able to be ingested.  Get therapeutic grade EOs from DoTerra here.

I recommend starting and finishing the day with a 30-minute meditation. Sometimes, however, I know it's hard not to get a little stuck in the “healing” part and forget the gratitude, acknowledgment and affirmation part of happiness, wellness and being present in the moment so Get a 5 minute journal.  I’ve been using ours for almost a month now, 5 minutes in the AM, 5 minuted in the PM. It prompts me to be in a positive space, shift our thoughts and get up and go or lie down and 💤 with an empty head and a full heart.
