WHAT I AM READING
Womb Wisdom takes it to the next level in regards to what it is to be feminine. Having a womb = portal to the universe and being the universe itself - incubating and creating. This book is for the spiritual heavy lifter. The exercises are increasingly intense as well as profound. You’ll have to disband your reality, if you’re a scientist, and take on the idea that some things are just to be believed. I can guarantee that, if you do that, you’ll become present to an incredible power within.
This book heals and ignites. It soothes and inspires. It leads off mildly suggesting the awesomeness of feminine sexuality and reproduction capacity and culminates in a spiritual smack down that left me breathless.
Take it on. Your perception of the world and your role in it is guaranteed to shift.

MY DIY SELF-CARE PROJECT
Sometimes we rage. That’s totally cool, welcome and invited.
Sometimes we cry...also cool, welcome and invited.
Because some people might not be as actualized as the emotionally intelligent feelers out there are, soothing and accepting yourself for your emotional expression is warranted. This blend helps with that as well as the lovely physiological effects of shifting hormones throughout the feminine fertility cycle. Basil is the oil of renewal. It helps with anxiety, fear and nervousness. Clary Sage is known as the "woman’s oil". It soothes stressed nerves and emotions provoked by the female hormonal cycle. Cypress helps with emotional stress, reduces trouble sleeping, and heals recent trauma or shock. Eucalyptus brightens mood. Frankincense assists dropping out of the mind and ego and moving into presence with their spirit or center of consciousness. It's the "meditation oil". Geranium promotes inner peace and tranquility. Lavender promotes calm. Marjoram helps with relaxation and stress reduction. Ylang Ylang just makes you feel sexy, no matter what is going on "down there". Apply to the soles of your feet and the front of your ankles AM and PM.

WHo I AM AM FOLLOWING
Here’s an interview with Amanda Berlin about her work and how powerfully her ethos aligns with all things The Harvest Method. She comes highly recommended to support you and your authentic voice.
How would you describe your work?
I'm a former NYC publicity strategist who now uses my powers for good. I help entrepreneurs write their web copy, tell their story, and spread their message in the media.
What inspired you to create your brand/ethos/the work you do?
I believe everyone has a story to tell and that everyone deserves to be heard. We give each other a gift of feeling less alone when we have the courage to share our stories. This is how we make true connections.
How does your approach stand out? What are you doing that really makes a difference for your clientele?
You don't need to wait for PERMISSION to be heard or seen. I work with people who know they have something special to share but who feel muted, stifled, passed-over, or invisible. I also work with people who I really want to stand behind to help promote their genius. My superpower is pulling details out of my clients' backgrounds to create a narrative that is truly unique and speaks to why they are perfect to be doing the work they are doing.
What role does developing self-knowledge, self-care, self-trust and self-respect play in your work?
This is the backbone of my LIFE, personal and professional. I am a seeker. And, I have been challenged to do hard things and make hard decisions, simply because my gut was calling me (nagging me, harassing me, stalking me) to do them. I HAVE to trust myself and do what must be done otherwise life grinds to a halt. Exercising and eating well is a cornerstone of my mental health plan as well as my physical one. Self care is a priority, everyday. I work out, meditate, do my "energy activations" (articulating how I want to FEEL, what I want to embody) and journal on what I am "taking ownership" of and honoring in myself.
What's one value or message that guides you and your work?
We all have something important to say, and there are people out there who need us. We MUST do the sometimes uncomfortable thing of putting ourselves out there because our work is WORTH it and the people who need us DESERVE to find our work, which could change their lives.
Who are your top three influencers? Who do you follow? Who's work do you respect? (Any industry or topic. I just want a sense of what inspires you)
Patricia Moreno, fitness and mindfulness expert;
Andrea Bemis, farmer and cookbook author;
Nicole Antoinette, founder or Real Talk Radio, blogger, podcaster
